Spend two powerful days in coastal Mendocino releasing deep fascia, resetting your nervous system, and reconnecting with your body from the ground up.
Led by Jennifer Shepherd, RN, this therapeutic immersion includes guided myofascial release, fascia-based yoga, restorative sound healing, and an active beach meditation to move stagnant energy and reconnect with the rhythm of the ocean.
You'll receive professional recovery tools, a targeted supplement, and personalized support in a small, intimate setting.
